Acetaminophen is BAD for hangovers!

DON’T TAKE ACETAMINOPHEN here’s why:

HERE’S JUST ONE OF THE MANY ARTICLES ON THIS from Women’s Health:

You’re going to want to think twice before taking Tylenol to help alleviate a nasty hangover. Combining acetaminophen and alcohol increases your risk of kidney disease, according to a preliminary study presented at the 141st American Public Health Association Conference on November 4. We’re not just talking a slight uptick here, either: Using acetaminophen and alcohol together was associated with more than double the odds of getting kidney disease.http://blog.womenshealthmag.com/health/worst-hangover-cure

WHAT TO DO??? - GO NATURAL!

TAKE WHITE WILLOW BARK AND/OR CURCUMIN

Aspirin comes from White Willow Bark which you can get at any health food store. It works just as well as aspirin. Curcumin comes from Tumeric and is a natural anti – inflammatory

If you must take something from our cabinet now – make it ONE aspirin or ONE Ibupropen but NOT Acetaminiphen!

Always take the smallest amount required. Also Curcumin can slow your phase one detox (see Love Your Liver Blog), which can give your phase 2 a chance to catch up and dump the Actydelhyde in your system.
