HERE ARE THREE TIPS:
- Alkaline water, it is better absorbed than plain water, especially when your body is in an acidic state as it is after drinking. I personally love Evian, I have done the ph test strip on it and it is very alkaline, which is good, but it is in plastic (bad), and you may not have any around, and it can be expensive. A convenient and inexpensive trick is simply adding baking soda to your regular drinking water. It’s a secret not a lot of health practitioners or water companies tell us because it is cheap, but it works. Some people are even touting it as a cancer protocol. It can be soothing to your stomach too, especially when added to sparkling water.
- Electrolytes added to your water. The most well known is Emergency C. Just throw it into your bottled water, shake and go
- Powdered Greens added to your water. There are many, so finding the one with an alkaline reading on the label that you like is a personal choice
