Ugh, Monday, How to lower Monday Stress


UGH. MONDAY , THERE’S A REASON IT IS THE HIGHEST HEART ATTACK DAY OF THE WEEK.

Statistics show more heart attacks happen Monday mornings than any other time.

They say it is the outpouring of stress hormones – even in those that no longer work!

SO WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP OUR STRESS LEVELS ON MONDAY AND EVERY DAY?

SUPPORT YOUR ADRENALS!

Your Adrenal Glands make your energy hormone called Cortisol.

When you have a lot of stress your adrenals pump out cortisol to give you your get up and go… Unfortunately if this goes on long term they get tired and depleted. It’s called Adrenal Burnout, which is constant fatigue because you no longer have the ability to pump out cortisol. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET HERE.
