Everyone knows about water between drinks, but adding electrolytes is what a Rockstar does.
Everyone knows to drink clean – skip the sugar and other mixers. Rockstars also stick with Top Shelf liquors, wine and beer.

BEFORE GOING OUT:
Take Glutamine and Glutathione on an empty stomach, drink water constantly.

Take every three drinks
- The amino acids N-Actyle Cysteine, vitamin C & a good multivitamin
